The booking flow is different: room + treatment schedule + practitioner + retreat programme all attach to the same reservation. Treating a spa property like a standard hotel website is why so many of them leak revenue at the F&B and treatment upsell stage.

What spa and wellness websites need

  • Treatment package builder that lets guests pick a stay, then attach specific treatments, retreat days, or wellness programmes to the reservation. Not a downloadable menu PDF. Live inventory, live availability, live pricing.
