This is the shape where a general web agency starts breaking.
Pain points we see at 5-30 properties
- Cross-property search is either missing or broken. Guests searching “weekend in the Cotswolds” should land on a group-level results grid showing all your Cotswold properties by date and rate, then deep-link into each property’s booking flow. Most group sites bury this behind a dropdown.
- Property sub-sites drift out of brand. Each property manager makes small edits over 3 years, and by year 4 you have 12 slightly different websites. A shared design system + per-property content module fixes this without stripping personality.
- PMS group-workflow gaps. Cloudbeds handles up to about 12-15 properties before group-workflow friction. Mews scales cleanly past 30. If you’re on the wrong PMS for your group size, no website rebuild will fix that. We’ll say so.
- Corporate rate management + block booking is where Little Hotelier and older WebRezPro setups struggle. If the group has a corporate feeder segment, you need SiteMinder or Mews. We build on both.
