Half our builds land on a brand that’s already right and just needs the digital expression. Half arrive with a wordmark from 2011, a colour palette that fights the property, and stock photography that could be any hotel in any market. When that’s the case, we run a proper hotel branding sprint alongside the web build. Never as a mandatory add-on. Never as a retainer.

What ships in a branding + photography add-on

  • Hotel branding system: wordmark, colour system, typography pair, editorial page templates, tone-of-voice one-pager, brand asset library. Tuned to the property’s positioning (boutique, resort, spa, inn), not generic-luxury. £3,000-£8,000.
  • Property photography: on-site shoot day covering exterior, lobby, room types, F&B spaces, spa/pool if applicable, guest lifestyle. Retouched and delivered in web-optimised + press-ready sets. £1,500-£5,000 per day.
  • Drone footage for aerial hero video, resort context, coastline or vineyard framing. Half-day or full-day, depending on the property scale and permit windows. £950 per day.
  • Copywriting for property pages, room-type stories, package descriptions, and the About page in the operator’s voice (not a generic hospitality template). £150 per page.

When to add branding to the build

If the current brand mark is under 4 years old and the palette works, we skip branding and put the money into photography. If the current brand mark predates the property’s current positioning (a coaching-inn wordmark on a repositioned boutique, for example), we run the branding sprint in parallel with weeks 3-6 of the build so the site launches on the refreshed system.

Not a mandatory bundle

Branding and photography are opt-in add-ons, quoted separately, itemised on the proposal. You can bring your own brand or photographer, and we’ll build on top of what you have. Ongoing marketing that leans on the new brand system (hospitality email, paid social creative, hotel content programme) goes to our sister brand Marketing The Change.

Sister brands, one operator

Ongoing hotel SEO retainer, metasearch bidding, Google Hotel Ads, paid social, and hospitality email marketing go to our sister brand Marketing The Change. Non-hospitality builds (a friend running a plumbing shop, a solicitor’s site) go to our sister brand Liverpool Web Designers, build-only, no retainer. Same operator behind all three shops. Different jobs, different specialists.
